目的 讨论自闭式白内障手术切口开展方法和意义。方法 对306眼各类白内障采用自闭式隧道小切口摘除及人工晶体植入。结果 手术后视力0.5以上达93.3％。结论 自闭式隧道小切口白内障摘除开展具有学习曲线短,手术切口小,术中并发症少,视力恢复良好,费用低等优点,可以在中小医院开展。
Objective To discuss the method and significance of surgical incision in patients with autism cataract. Methods A total of 306 eyes of various types of cataracts using a small incision tunnel excision and intraocular lens implantation. The results of visual acuity after surgery more than 93.3%. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction in autistic tunnels has the advantages of short learning curve, small incision, less intraoperative complications, good visual acuity recovery and low cost. It can be implemented in small and medium-sized hospitals.
