近年来,我国食品安全领域的问题日益突出,这一领域的危机引起政府和公众的广泛关注,也促使国内学者从多种角度对我国食品安全管理和政策进行了全面反思。目前,众多学者对我国危机管理体系的框架、存在的问题及构建途径等进行了研究,但极少有学者关注食品安全领域的危机管理体系。食品安全领域的危机涉及我国政治与社会的稳定,因此,在探讨食品安全领域全面整合危机管理体系的要素的基础上,对我国食品安全领域的案例进行分析,并提出构建我国食品安全领域全面整合危机管理体系的途径,具有重要意义。
In recent years, the problems in the field of food safety in our country have become increasingly prominent. The crisis in this field has drawn wide attention from the government and the public. It has also prompted domestic scholars to conduct a comprehensive review of China’s food safety management and policies from various perspectives. At present, many scholars have studied the framework, existing problems and construction methods of crisis management system in our country, but very few scholars pay attention to the crisis management system in the field of food safety. The crisis in the field of food safety involves the political and social stability in our country. Therefore, on the basis of exploring the elements of the crisis management system in the field of food safety, the author analyzes the cases in the field of food safety in our country and proposes to establish a comprehensive integration of food safety in China The way of crisis management system is of great significance.
