细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用

目的研究细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用。方法从2015年1月~2017年1月期间我院使用的手术室腔镜器械中选取200件作为本次研究对象,利用计算机表法将200件手术室腔镜器械分成两组,即参照组(n=100)与研究组(n=100),对参照组手术室腔镜器械实施传统护理管理措施,对研究组手术室腔镜器械实施细节护理管理措施,对比分析两组手术室腔镜器械的清洁合格率、完好率和器械管理质量评分。结果研究组手术室腔镜器械的清洁合格率、完好率以及器械管理质量评分与参照组相比,组间具有明显差异,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论将细节护理管理措施应用于手术室腔镜器械管理中能够获得较为良好的效果,不仅能够提高器械的清洁合格率,而且还能够保证器械的完好,使器械管理质量评分明显提高。 Objective To study the application of detail nursing management in the management of endoscopic instruments in operating room. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 200 pieces of operating room endoscopic instruments used in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. 200 pieces of operating room endoscopic instruments were divided into two groups according to the computer table method, namely reference group (n = 100) and the research group (n = 100), the traditional nursing management measures were taken for the endoscopic instruments in the operating room of the reference group, the nursing management measures were carried out on the endoscopic instruments in the operating room of the study group, Equipment cleaning pass rate, intact rate and instrument management quality score. Results There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the pass rate, intact rate and instrument management quality score of operating room endoscopic instruments. Conclusion The application of detailed nursing management measures in the management of operating room endoscopic instruments can achieve better results, which not only can improve the cleaning qualified rate of the instruments, but also ensure the integrity of the instruments and obviously improve the quality of management of the instruments.
