目的 建立低氧高碳酸性大鼠离体膈肌疲劳模型。方法 用低氧高二氧化碳混合气 (2 1%O2 ,12 %CO2 ,6 7%N2 )造成膈神经 膈肌标本疲劳 ,用计算机输出电刺激并记录张力的变化。结果 混合气降低了 5~ 12 0Hz所有频率下的张力 ,且使峰颤搐张力、维持张力、肌刺张力均下降 ,预1999 0 6 0 3收稿 ,1999 0 8 12修回作者简介 :徐旋里 ,女 ,2 5岁 ,硕士研究生 ;杨秋火 ,男 ,62岁 ,教授 ,浙江省生理科学会理事长。研究方向 :呼吸生理、药理先加入氨茶碱 6× 10 -4 mol·L-1及 1× 10 -3 mol·L-1明显提高了所有频率下的张力 ,同时提高了峰颤搐张力、维持张力及肌刺张力。结论 通低氧高二氧化碳混合气 4min能够造成低氧高碳酸性大鼠离体膈肌疲劳模型。
Objective To establish a model of isolated diaphragm muscle fatigue in hypoxic and hypercapnic rats. Methods Fatigue of phrenic diaphragmatic nerve specimens was induced by low oxygen and high carbon dioxide mixture (21% O2, 12% CO2 and 67% N2). The electrical stimulation was recorded by computer and the changes of tension were recorded. As a result, the mixture reduces the tension at all frequencies from 5 to 120 Hz, and decreases the peak twitch tension, the maintenance tension, and the muscular tension, prejudges Rotary, female, 2 5 years old, master graduate student; Yang Qiuhuo, male, 62 years old, professor, chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Association of Physiological Sciences. Research Interests: Respiratory physiology and pharmacology Aminodiaphase with 6 × 10 -4 mol·L -1 and 1 × 10 -3 mol·L -1 added significantly to all the frequencies and increased peak twitch tension, Maintain tension and muscle tension. CONCLUSION: The hypoxic-hypercapnic carbon dioxide mixture for 4 minutes can induce diaphragmatic fatigue in hypoxia-hypercapnic rats.
