Excuse me, the company should not be charged a deposit? A chemical plant at present, in some enterprises recruitment, does receive a certain amount of workers into the factory deposit or risk of gold, but this imposes conditions to workers is not legal of. According to Article 17 of the “Labor Law,” establishing labor relations and entering into labor contracts should follow the principle of equality, voluntariness and consensus. It is obviously unfair and voluntary for employers to receive a deposit or risk payment. In fact, China's labor laws have long ago banned the recruitment of enterprises, staff transfer to pay a certain amount of factory deposit or risk gold.
