利用金相显微镜和微型拉伸试验机对SAC305-Bi钎料合金的润湿性、组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:SAC305-Bi钎料合金的润湿性随着Bi元素含量的提高而逐渐提高;当Bi元素含量低于0.5wt%时钎料合金的组织几乎不变化,当Bi元素的含量高于0.5wt%时钎料合金的组织粗化,当Bi元素的含量达到4wt%时形成了一种新的共晶相;SAC305-Bi的抗拉强度随着Bi元素含量的提高而逐渐提高,其延伸长度则逐渐降低。
The wettability, microstructure and mechanical properties of SAC305-Bi solder alloy were investigated by metallographic microscope and micro tensile tester. The results show that the wettability of SAC305-Bi solder alloy increases with the increase of Bi content. When the content of Bi is less than 0.5wt%, the microstructure of solder alloy hardly changes. When the content of Bi is higher than When the content of Bi element reaches 4wt%, a new eutectic phase is formed when the content of Bi element is 0.5wt%. The tensile strength of SAC305-Bi gradually increases with the increase of Bi element content, and its The extension is gradually reduced.
