本文根据世界知识产权组织网公布的数据,统计了2002-2011年期间中国在5大类35个不同技术领域中专利合作条约(PCT)申请的状况,分析了PCT申请在电气工程、仪器、化工、机械工程和其它等5大类技术领域的发展动态,重点研究了PCT申请在数字通信领域、计算机技术领域、电信领域和药品领域十年的发展变化,并深入探讨了2002-2011年期间在相应的技术领域中国在PCT申请量居世界前10国家中的地位变化,以期为我国国际专利的战略性布局和专利政策的制定提供一些有价值的信息。
