核因子NF-Y能与含有CCAAT基元的特异序列结合,而基元CAAT广泛存在于真核细胞的启动子调节基因序列中。曼氏血吸虫的此基元主要存在于28kDa的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(Sm28 GST)的基因中。本研究探讨了SmNF-Y在曼氏血吸虫生活史不同时期的表达并试图明确其与Sm28表达之间可能存在的相互关系。
The nuclear factor NF-Y binds to a specific sequence containing the CCAAT motif, while the motif CAAT is widely found in the promoter regulatory gene sequence of eukaryotic cells. This motif of Schistosoma mansoni is found mainly in the 28 kDa glutathione-S-transferase (Sm28 GST) gene. This study explored the expression of SmNF-Y at different stages of life history of Schistosoma mansoni and attempted to clarify the possible relationship between SmNF-Y and Sm28 expression.
