目的:验证自主研发的可调节式磨耗仪在磨耗实验中应用的可行性。方法:以软质钴铬合金作为对磨材料样本,牙釉质为磨耗样本,用配对分组实验方法,将牙釉质样本分为A、B 2组进行磨耗实验,定量检测牙釉质样本的磨耗量,采用SAS14.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析,评价磨耗仪在磨耗实验应用中的可行性。结果:将A组和B组牙釉质样本磨痕深度值进行配对t检验分析,得到P=0.7464。2组牙釉质样本磨痕深度值的差异无显著性。结论:磨耗仪能够提供较为稳定的磨耗实验环境,磨耗结果变异较小,较为精确。
Objective: To verify the feasibility of self-developed adjustable wear tester in wear test. Methods: Soft cobalt-chromium alloy was used as the wear-resistant sample and enamel was the wear sample. The enamel samples were divided into group A and group B for wear test by paired grouping method. The wear amount of enamel samples was quantitatively determined, SAS14.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the feasibility of wear tester in the wear test. Results: The depth of wear marks in group A and group B were analyzed by paired t-test. There was no significant difference in the depth of worn marks between groups of P = 0.7464.2 enamel. Conclusion: The wear tester can provide a more stable wear test environment, the wear variation is smaller, more accurate.
