毛泽东同志在社会主义历史时期对马克思主义的一个重要贡献,不仅在于第一次提出了正确处理人民内部矛盾的学说,而且从根本上科学回答了怎样处理人民内部矛盾的问题。毛泽东同志把正确处理人民内部矛盾和坚持走群众路线有机地联系起来,深刻揭示了正确处理人民内部矛盾的实质就是坚持党的群众路线。毛泽东同志的这个重要论断,科学地阐明了坚持走群众路线和正确处理人民内部矛盾的内在联系,为我们在社会主义历史条件下正确处理人民内部矛盾提供了科学方法和根本途径。
In the historical period of socialism, Comrade Mao Zedong made an important contribution to Marxism not only for the first time in putting forward the theory of correctly handling the contradictions among the people, but also fundamentally and scientifically answering the question of how to deal with contradictions among the people. Comrade Mao Tse-tung organically linked the correct handling of contradictions among the people and the adherence to the mass line and profoundly revealed that the essence of correctly handling the contradictions among the people is to uphold the party’s mass line. This important thesis by Comrade Mao Zedong scientifically expounded the inherent links between persisting in following the mass line and correctly handling contradictions among the people and provided a scientific method and a fundamental way for us to correctly handle the contradictions among the people under the historical conditions of socialism.
