2002年12月17日～20日,全国水电厂自动化技术信息网联合中国水力发电工程学会水电自动化与计算机控制工程专委会、计算机应用(信息化)专委会,在广州蓄能水电厂召开了全国水电厂“无人值班”(少人值守)实施8周年技术经验交流会议。参加会议的有《水电厂“无人值班”(少人值守)的若干规定》文件编写组成员和验收专家组成员,中国水力发电工程学会水电自动化与计算机控制工程专委会及计算机应用(信息化)专委会的代表,已通过“无人值班”(少人值守)水电厂验收单位的代表,全国水电厂自动化技术信息网成员单位的代表以及论文作者,共73人。会议肯定了我国水电厂“无人值班”(少
