由于我国房地产业市场与第三产业的蓬勃发展,装饰企业也取得了前所未有的发展契机。但由于行业发展的特殊性与市场的不规范,导致一些装饰企业特别是中小型企业在财务管理方面存在着一些先天不足与后天缺陷,需要管理者认真对待,以促进中小装饰企业的健康发展。
As China’s real estate market and the vigorous development of the tertiary industry, decorative enterprises have also made unprecedented opportunities for development. However, due to the particularity of the development of the industry and the non-standardization of the market, some decoration enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have some inherent deficiencies and acquired defects in their financial management and need to be taken seriously by managers so as to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized decoration enterprises.
