截至3月底,河南省列入国家近期治理规划的133条中小河流重要河道治理项目已下达投资计划26.8亿元,其中中央投资17.2亿元,省级投资3.5亿元,市级投资3.3亿元,县级投资2.8亿元。已有72个项目开工建设,累计完成投资13.97亿元,占下达投资计划的48.2%。
As of the end of March, 133 important small river management projects in Henan Province, included in the state’s recent governance plan, have issued an investment plan of 2.68 billion yuan, of which the central government invested 1.72 billion yuan, the provincial investment of 350 million yuan, the municipal investment of 330 million yuan, 280 million yuan investment at the county level. 72 projects have started construction, a total investment of 1.397 billion yuan, accounting for 48.2% of investment plans issued.
