目的探讨他扎罗汀乳膏联合安达芬乳膏(重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏)治疗顽固性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各34例),治疗组白天外用安达芬乳膏,2次/d,每晚外用他扎罗汀乳膏1次;对照组仅每晚外用他扎罗汀乳膏。疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率94.1%,对照组有效率61.8%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.3,P<0.01)。结论他扎罗汀乳膏联合安达芬乳膏治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of tazarotene cream combined with Andamfen cream (recombinant human interferon α-2b cream) in the treatment of refractory flat warts. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (34 cases each). The treatment group was orally applied with andalufen cream twice a day, once daily with tazarotene cream. The control group was given only nightly Tazarotene cream. The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Results The effective rate was 94.1% in the treatment group and 61.8% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 10.3, P <0.01). Conclusion Tazarotene cream combined with Andalifen cream treatment of intractable flat warts good effect.
