近20年来,随着广谱抗菌素、皮质类激素和免疫抑制剂的广泛应用,放射医学的不断发展,病原菌和宿主之间的关系在不断地变化,新的致病性真菌续有发现,真菌病也日益多见,尤其是念珠菌属的一些条件致病性念珠菌,在菌群交替中,更是常见的危害较大的病原菌之一。所以近几年来,对这种病的诊断和治疗问题进行了许多研究工作,资料较多。这里就手头有限的资料,根据“洋为中用”的精神,作一简单综述。
