我国社会主义经济的飞速发展以及城市化进程的不断推进,各种类型及规模的建筑结构逐渐增多,但在追求数量的同时,也要注重对质量的把握,而想要实现这一目的,就要对房屋建筑工程的质量进行严格监督与管理,与此同时还要注意施工安全,随着现代建筑工程项目种类的多样化,高层建筑以及大型建筑数目数量的逐渐攀升,使得原有的安全管理模式已经不能满足现代建设的需求,对工程项目安全管理进行创新已迫在眉睫。本文中对建筑工程施工中的安全管理及质量管理相关方面进行了详细的论述。
