以山茶属(Camellia)的普通金花茶、弄岗金花茶、大金花茶、防城金花茶、越南抱茎茶、宛田红花油茶、杜鹃红山茶、牡丹山茶花为试材,采用常规杂交育种方法,设计14个杂交组合,开展了金花茶杂交亲和性及杂种生长研究。结果表明:14个杂交组合中,有3个可结实(结实率50.00%~75.00%),且均获得了后代子苗(发芽率68.04%~100.00%);综合分析杂种在果实性状、种子萌发方面基本保留了母本的优良性状,F1代的幼苗生长量还略优于母本。目前杂种已正常培育,其后期表现有待进一步观测研究。通过组合亲本,获得具有特异性状的金花茶新种质是可行的。
Camellia genus Camellia, Camellia sinensis tea, Dajin Huacha, Fangcheng Camellia, Vietnam embossed tea, Wantian safflower Camellia, Rhododendron camellia, Peony Camellia as the test material, using conventional breeding methods , 14 hybrid combinations were designed, and the compatibility and hybrid growth of Camellia japonica hybrids were studied. The results showed that three out of the 14 cross combinations were fertile (seed setting rate 50.00% -75.00%), and all of them had the progeny seedlings (germination rate 68.04% ~ 100.00%). The basic traits retained the excellent traits of the female parent. The F1 seedling growth was slightly better than that of the female parent. The hybrid has been normal breeding, the performance of the latter part of the pending further observation. By combining the parents, it is feasible to obtain the new germplasm resources of Camellia.
