最近,我们到一些县、乡、村做了点调查,接触了些县乡村干部和农民群众,感到研究和把握准农民目前的意识倾向,对搞好农村工作至关重要。(一)经营意识目前,大多数农民不但有了经营意识,而且,相当一部分人的经营意识又开始发生新的变化,由资源导向(有什么资源生产什么)向市场导向(市场上什么赚钱生产什么)倾斜。这几年发生的粮食波动、生猪波动、葵花波动、棉花波动、生铁波动等,是这种意识倾斜最生动的说明。就总体而言,我国农民终于开始跳出了自给自足的自然经济和不注重交换的产品经济的圈子,并随之开始摆脱单纯生产观念的意识桎梏。但是,也必须指出,说我国农村已实现了两个转变,
