目的:找出我院电子处方中存在的具有药物代谢性相互作用的不安全用药因素,进一步提高合理用药水平。方法:通过计算机系统对底物药物及其酶抑制剂、诱导剂,进行匹配检索,并对门诊处方中联用情况进行合理性评价。结果:我院门诊电子处方中具有药物代谢性相互作用的药物联用处方数量不多,主要为诺氟沙星与降压、调脂药物及卡马西平合用;替米沙坦与降糖药合用;银杏叶制剂与其他药物合用。结论:利用计算机程序对门诊处方中具有药物代谢性相互作用的处方进行全面筛查分析,对指导合理用药具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the factors of unsafe medication with drug-drug interactions in electronic prescription of our hospital and to further improve the reasonable level of medication. Methods: Through the computer system for the substrate drugs and their enzyme inhibitors, inducers, matching search, and outpatient prescription rationality evaluation. Results: There were not many prescriptions with drug-drug interactions in the outpatient electronic prescription of our hospital. Norfloxacin was used in combination with antihypertensive, lipid-lowering drugs and carbamazepine. Telmisartan and hypoglycemic agents Combination; Ginkgo biloba preparation combined with other drugs. Conclusion: The comprehensive screening and analysis of prescriptions with drug-metabolical interactions in out-patient prescriptions using computer programs is of great importance in guiding rational drug use.
