企业英语培训已成为企业生存、发展、壮大的必需工具。只有提高员工的英语水平,才能增强企业的核心竞争力,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。随着企业对外语人才需求的不断增多,企业英语培训教学面临着新的机遇和挑战。如何适应新形势的发展和企业英语培训教学改革的要求,企业英语培训中,英语教师素质的提高成为解决这一问题的根本途径。
Enterprise English training has become an essential tool for the survival, development and expansion of an enterprise. Only by improving the English level of employees can we enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises can be invincible in the fierce market competition. With the increasing demand of foreign language talents, the enterprise English training teaching faces new opportunities and challenges. How to adapt to the development of the new situation and the requirements of the enterprise English training teaching reform, the improvement of the quality of English teachers in business English training has become the fundamental way to solve this problem.
