217 lead exposed workers and 68 controls were investigated. The air lead concentrations (TWA) for the high, medium and low exposure and control groups were 0.164, 0.031, 0.010, and 0.0018 mg / m ~ 3, respectively. Symptom scores, blood lead, urinary lead, and porphyrin metabolite levels (eg, porphyrazine, free protoporphyrin, urinary δ-aminolevulinic acid, and coproporphyrin) in the exposure group were all significantly elevated and were in contact Effect relationship. Zinc porphyrin and free protoporphyrin are closely related to air lead, blood lead and urinary lead than other indicators, suggesting that it can be used as a surrogate marker for biological monitoring. The lead effect of female workers is more serious than that of male workers, indicating that they are more sensitive to lead toxicity than male workers.
