同为移民工业城市的19世纪的芝加哥和当今的深圳有许多相似之处,芝加哥学派对建构深圳学派有重要的启示作用:一方面,芝加哥学派在移民工业城市社会研究和理想主义研究群体层面上对建构深圳学派具有借鉴意义;另一方面,芝加哥学派的定性研究方法和学派组织的松散性对建构深圳学派具有警醒作用。深圳若能吸取芝加哥学派的经验和教训,假以时日必将实现“深圳学派”的崛起。
The Chicago School of the 19th century with immigrant industrial cities has many similarities with today’s Shenzhen. The Chicago School of thought has an important enlightenment on the construction of the Shenzhen School: On the one hand, the Chicago School has a very good understanding of the social studies and idealism of the industrialized immigrant cities On the other hand, the qualitative research method of Chicago School and the looseness of school organization have a warning function to construct Shenzhen School. If Shenzhen can learn from the experience and lessons of the Chicago School, it will surely achieve the rise of the “Shenzhen School” over time.
