粉末冶金气门导管,在历年行检中,有不少单位在其硬度差和密度差上达不到部标要求。我厂生产的气门导管,在第一次行检中由于这一项不合格而未参加评比。后来,我们在自己所建立的压制理论的指导下,采取正确的压制方式和压制参数,使气门导管在密度差和硬度差方面得到明显改善而多次被评为一等品。本文仅就减小粉末冶金气门导管密度差和硬度差的研究结果作一介绍。一、原始状况我厂生产的气门导管原采用双向压制,其密度差和硬度差测量位置如图1研示,测量结果如表1所示。

Later, under the guidance of the suppression theory we established, we adopted the correct way of pressing and suppressing the parameters so as to make the valve guide significantly improved on the difference of density and hardness. This article only to reduce the powder metallurgy valve conduit density difference and hardness of the results of an introduction. First, the original situation I used to manufacture two-way valve guide original suppression, the difference in density and hardness measurement location shown in Figure 1, the results shown in Table 1 below.
