患儿,女,14个月。因不规则发热伴反复抽搐2个月于1983年9月8日入院。患儿体温持续波动在37.8～39℃之间,右侧上下肢反复抽搐,曾用庆大,青霉素、钙剂、镇静剂等无效,并见腹部逐渐胀大。门诊查脑脊液常规为乳白色、微混、蛋白(+)、五管糖试验阴性,细胞数16000,中性95%,淋巴5%,拟诊化脑收住院。体检:发育营养差,神志清,面色苍灰。唇微绀。前囱隆起约3.5×3.5cm,颈有抵抗。全身皮肤
