我厂是从1991年开始推行模拟市场核算,实行成本否决经营机制的。经过几年来的实践,这种新机制在推动企业走向市场、提高经济效益等方面展现了勃勃生机。在推行模拟市场核算经营机制的过程中,总厂党委始终站在改革的前列,强化市场意识,增强参与力度,同行政领导密切配合,共担重任,不断改进党组织的工作内容、工作方法和活动方式,直接有效地参与企业转换经营机制的全过程,较好地发挥了政治核心作用。
