利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苦刺花挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)联用技术对相似度超过85%化学成分进行分离和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。结果共鉴定出45个化合物,占总组分含量的82.11%,其主要成分为棕榈酸(11.98%)、棕榈酸甲酯(11.17%)、亚油酸甲酯(10.82%)、亚油酸(8.42%)、亚麻酸甲酯(8.01%)、正二十九烷(4.44%)、正二十四烷(4.01%)、硬脂酸(3.58%)、硬脂酸甲酯(3.51%)、亚麻酸乙酯(2.61%)等。
