目的了解上海市闵行区食源性疾病监测状况,为采取有效干措施提供依据。方法对2006-2007年闵行区5家食源性疾病监测点肠道门诊腹泻病例的登记记录及监测月报表进行分析。结果检出率最高的为颛桥社区卫生服务中心(9.65%),其次为七宝社区卫生服务中心(6.95%)、市五医院(6.70%);采集样品中,志贺菌、沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌3种致病菌的总检出率为5.74%,其中副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为3.75%;夏秋季腹泻患者明显多于冬春季,5-10月病例数占全年病例总数的90.88%,病例数最高峰出现在8月,而且8月采集样品致病菌的检出率最高(9.31%);致病的可疑食品中,海水产品阳性检出率最高(12.56%),其次为淡水产品、肉与肉制品。结论有必要建立食源性疾病监测网络并及时报告监测数据;应加强临床诊断水平,规范采样及提高实验室检测水平;加强多部门间的协作,充分利用现有资源。
Objective To understand the status of foodborne disease surveillance in Minhang District of Shanghai and provide evidence for effective measures. Methods The registration records and monthly reports of diarrhea cases in five outbreaks of foodborne diseases in Minhang District from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed. The highest detection rate was Zhuanqiao Community Health Service Center (9.65%), followed by Qibao Community Health Service Center (6.95%) and the Fifth City Hospital (6.70%). Among the collected samples, Shigella, Salmonella and Paratuberculosis The total detection rate of Vibrio spp. Was 5.74%. The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest (3.75%). The number of diarrhea patients in summer and autumn was significantly more than that in winter and spring, and the number of cases was from May to October 90.88% of the total number of cases, the highest number of cases in August, and the highest incidence of pathogenic bacteria collected in August (9.31%); among the pathogenic suspicious foods, the positive rate of seawater products was the highest (12.56 %), Followed by freshwater products, meat and meat products. Conclusion It is necessary to establish a foodborne disease surveillance network and timely report the monitoring data. The clinical diagnosis level should be strengthened, the sampling should be standardized and the level of laboratory testing should be standardized. Collaboration among multiple departments should be strengthened to make full use of existing resources.
