Objective: To analyze the guidelines for hypertension and promote rational choice of antihypertensive strategies. Methods: Based on the guidelines for hypertension in China, explain how to choose a reasonable antihypertensive strategy. Results: The Hypertension Guide provides detailed information on hypertension management, emphasizing the relatively strict blood pressure management goals in high-risk patients. Conclusion: Hypertension guidelines are the basis of prevention and treatment of hypertension.
