目的:观察百合固金汤配合伽玛刀治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)阴虚内热证的患者48例随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例。治疗组予百合固金汤加减配合伽玛刀治疗,对照组单予伽玛刀治疗。结果:两组在中医证候疗效、不良反应及KPS评分方面比较,差异均有统计学意义,(均P<0.05);但两组近期客观疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:百合固金汤加减配合伽玛刀治疗有助于改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌阴虚内热证患者的中医临床症状,并能降低不良反应,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lily Gilt Decoction combined with gamma knife in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Forty-eight patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) yin deficiency and endogenous heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases). The treatment group to Lily Ginkgo Decoction with gamma knife treatment, the control group was treated with gamma knife. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, adverse reactions and KPS score (all P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in objective curative effect between the two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Lily Ginkgo Decoction combined with gamma knife treatment can help to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM of yin deficiency and endogenous heat syndrome in advanced non-small cell lung cancer and reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
