The seminar on 900MHz centerless site-based communications system organized by the Centerless Communications Group for the Fourth Research Institute of the Seventh Laboratory of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department was held on Sept. 27 at the Seventh Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services.
