2015年是贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会精神,全面推进依法治国的开局之年,依法深入推进医改将成为今年卫生工作的主旋律。法治是治国理政的基本方式,也是全面深化改革的基本遵循。深化医改不仅需要发挥法治的保障作用,而且也需要发挥法治的引领推动作用。只有用法治的思维方式、在法治的轨道上推进医改,才能正确、准确、协调地推进医改,最终实现医改的既定目标。
2015 is the first year to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and comprehensively promote the rule of law in accordance with the law. Further deepening medical reform in accordance with the law will be the main theme of this year’s health work. The rule of law is the basic way of governing the country and the basic follow-up of the overall deepening of the reform. Deepening medical reform not only needs to play a safeguard role of the rule of law, but it also needs to play a leading role in promoting the rule of law. Only by using the rule of law way of thinking and promoting medical reform on the track of the rule of law can the medical reform be correctly, accurately and coordinatedly implemented and the ultimate goal of medical reform can be finally achieved.
