在深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的理念下,“团队合作”是教育的重要目标,是现代社会的需要,也是促进学生团结协作、积极进取、通往自信、创新、成功之路的一剂良药。在竞争如此激烈的当今时代,团队合作是决定成与败的重要因素。21世纪的社会是一个充满竞争的社会,它所需要的人才必须具备创新、合作、自信、具有较强团队精神以及身心健康等素质。因此,我们体育教学中的团队合作学习也就变得重要起来。
