我矿地层多为灰岩结构,地质勘探使用红旗-100钻机。该机减速器进给空心立轴的外螺纹牙形,原设计为T50×6,按螺距6毫米标准梯形螺纹计算,牙形深度为3.5毫米,加工好的立轴在减除螺纹尺寸之后,实际管壁厚度仅有3.5毫米,由于立轴管壁太薄,所以经常出现断轴现象。我们针对立轴原设计中存在着的推力过盈和抗扭力太弱这一问题,打破了原来螺纹的标准设计,大胆改革了螺纹的各部尺寸(图1,2)
