CT增强需要注入大量碘的水溶性造影剂,为预防大量造影剂注入时发生碘过敏反应,我院影像科CT室对1371例(自1986年2月至1987年10月)CT增强病人,事先作碘过敏试验,无反应者在造影前均先给一定量异丙嗪.发现异丙嗪对预防碘过敏反应有明显作用,1371例中仅7例有轻度反应,无1例死亡.现报道如下,供同道们参考. (一)临床资料在CT检查中,每遇需要增强的病人,先静脉注射30%泛影葡胺1ml作碘过敏试验,观察15分钟,如无反应,即肌注盐酸异丙嗪(浙江新昌制药厂产品,批号860304).成人剂量为50mg,体重50kg以下者适当减量.
