癫痫是常见病,其中以颞叶癫痫最常见,药物难治性癫痫的术前准确定侧和定位是手术成功的关键。癫痫的诊断方法很多,近年来正电子核素脑显像的运用日益受到重视,其中以受体显像的应用前景最大,PET 受体显像随着分子生物学和PET 设备的发展而逐步发展,对一部分MRI 诊断阴性的癫痫病人,受体显像方法能解决其定位诊断问题。本文主要介绍了近年来癫痫的PET 受体显像,包括(11C)Flu mazenil 用于中枢性苯二氮艹卓受体(CBZR) ,(11C) Carfentanil 等用于阿片受体,并对这些PET 受体显象的机制及临床意义作了探讨。

In this paper, PET receptor imaging of epilepsy in recent years, including (11C) Flu mazenil for central benzodiazepine receptor (CBZR), (11C) Carfentanil for opioid receptors, and these PET Receptor imaging mechanism and clinical significance were discussed.
