教育学生仅仅需要科学的知识、系统的理论是不够的,教育是一种综合性的艺术,需要老师们结合学生特点巧妙运用才能达到良好效果。学生存在差异,要采取不同形式因人而教;教育学生没有捷径合情就行;抛弃“从众”心理,自己寻找适合学生的最佳途径。
Educational students need only scientific knowledge, systematic theory is not enough, education is a comprehensive art, teachers need to combine clever use of student characteristics in order to achieve good results. There are differences in students, to take different forms of teaching people; education students do not have a shortcut on the line; abandon “subordinate ” psychology, to find their own best way for students.
