专利法自1985年4月实施以来,全国专利申请量己过超12,000件,其中143项专利已获得批准。我国专利法的实施与进展,引起国内外人士普遍关注,特别是领导干部和广大科技员人,都希望学习和撑握专利基础知识。为了贯彻李鹏同志在颁发首批专利证书大会上的指示,为了满足广大干部和群众的需要,我们将分期举办专利知识讲座。
Since the patent law came into force in April 1985, over 12,000 patent applications nationwide have been passed, of which 143 patents have been approved. The implementation and progress of the patent law in our country have aroused widespread concern at home and abroad. In particular, leading cadres and vast numbers of scientists and technicians all hope to learn and hold the basic knowledge of patents. In order to carry out the instructions of Comrade Li Peng during the conference on the issuance of the first batch of patent certificates, in order to meet the needs of the vast numbers of cadres and the masses, we will organize seminars on patent knowledge in phases.
