技工院校以培养生产和服务一线的技术工人为目标,机电一体化专业是大多数学校的传统专业和重点专业。在国家政策支持和区域经济发展的形势下,教学过程不仅是一味的传授知识,而是更多的从教学中引导、启发和影响学生,将社会的需求变成学校的课程,培养学生的综合能力。本文从实际出发,根据市场需求,对专业人才培养方案、教学方式、评价模式等进行再思考与探索,并结合教学实例加以说明。
Technical institutions aim to train skilled workers in the field of production and service, and the mechatronics profession is the traditional specialty and key specialty of most schools. Under the condition of national policy support and regional economic development, the teaching process not only means imparting knowledge blindly, but also guiding, inspiring and influencing students more from teaching, transforming the needs of society into school curricula, and cultivating students’ comprehensiveness ability. Based on the actual situation, this paper re-examines and explores professional training programs, teaching methods and evaluation modes according to the market demand, and explains it in combination with teaching examples.
