深圳商业诚信存在诸多问题,这些问题的存在,商家诚信意识缺失是重要原因,消费者自身也存在一些问题,但制度缺陷是最主要原因。因此要建立深圳的商业诚信,首先必须完善法律,加强执法,完善社会信用体系,鼓励信用评级机构的建立和规范运作。同时培育商家诚信经营的意识,提高消费者权益保护意识和能力;建立小额纠纷审判庭,疏通消费者权益保护渠道;并建立若干个高品质的商业街区,带动全市商业品质、商业诚信的提升。
There are many problems in business integrity in Shenzhen. The existence of these problems and the lack of business sense of honesty and credit are the important reasons. There are some problems with the consumers themselves, but the most important reason is the system defects.
