左束支阻滞(LBBB)时,诊断左室肥厚(LVH)甚为困难.近年来LVH的超声诊断标准已被人们所承认.本研究旨在探讨在LBBB时诊断LVH的简便而精确的心电图标准. 方法借助M超声心动图对37例LBBB患者的心电图进行观察研究.首先通过对19例正常人的超声检查确定正常左室重量的超声标准为<281g. 结果在37例LBBB的病人中,17例在室重量在正常范围,20例达到LVH标准.在两组间心电图诊断
Left bundle branch block (LBBB), the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is very difficult.In recent years, the diagnostic criteria of LVH has been recognized by the people.The purpose of this study is to investigate the simple and accurate ECG in the diagnosis of LVH at LBBB Standard.Methods Electrocardiogram of 37 patients with LBBB were observed by M-echocardiography.Firstly, the ultrasound standard of normal left ventricular mass was determined to be <281g by ultrasound examination in 19 normal subjects.Results Of the 37 LBBB patients, 17 cases in the room weight in the normal range, 20 cases reached the LVH standard in the two groups between the ECG diagnosis
