运用免疫组化标记方法，观察16例中枢神经系统B细胞淋巴瘤（经LCA、L26、UCHL1、GFAP标记和电镜检查证实）bc1－2蛋白的表达。结果表明：12例滤泡中心性淋巴瘤bc1－2蛋白阳性，1例淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤bc1－2蛋白阳性，总阳性率81．25％。其中以裂细胞表达为主。阳性细胞呈弥漫性分布或围绕血管呈袖套状分布，阳性者中10例bc1－2蛋白表达为巨～正经。我们认为bc1－2基因产物高表达介导的细胞凋亡障碍与中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的发生有关。
The expression of bcl-2 protein was detected in 16 cases of central nervous system B-cell lymphoma (as confirmed by LCA, L26, UCHL1, GFAP, and electron microscopy) using immunohistochemistry. The results showed that 12 cases of follicular central lymphoma were positive for bcl-2 protein, and 1 case of lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma had positive bcl-2 protein, and the total positive rate was 81.25%. Among them, the split cells express mainly. The positive cells were diffusely distributed or sleeve-shaped around the blood vessels. Positive bc1-2 proteins were expressed as giant-positive. We believe that the high expression of bcl-2 gene product-mediated apoptosis is related to the occurrence of central nervous system lymphoma.
