当前社会发展速度迅猛,社会需要具有创新意识的人才,同时又具有社会实践能力的人才。现在的教学已经远远不是“教”和“学”的关系了。只注重教学,培养出来的学生最后还是会遭到社会的淘汰。教师的任务关键是要培养出能适应社会迅速发展的具有创新意识和实践能力的“双料”人才。
At present, the society is developing at a rapid pace. The society needs people with innovative ideas and people with practical social skills. Now the teaching is far from “teaching” and “learning” relationship. Only focus on teaching, training students eventually will be socially eliminated. The key task of teachers is to cultivate “double talent” with innovative consciousness and practical ability that can adapt to the rapid development of society.
