患者,女,32岁,足月分娩。因心悸、头晕加重,于1988年6月入院。3月前,因怀孕出现轻度头晕、心悸、四肢疲乏无力等症状。查红细胞2.95×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白96g/L。产程顺利,出血量约80ml。产后24h症状加重。患者平素健康,否认传染病史及过敏史。查体:体温37.3℃,脉搏120/min,血压17.3/12kPa,发育正常。实验室检查:白细胞8.7×10~9/L,
