利用旋转加速喷丸工艺对316L不锈钢进行表面处理,形成梯度结构。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计对经RASP处理前后样品的微观组织和硬度进行研究。结果表明,经RASP处理40 min后,表层硬度最高达424.4 HV,约是未处理样品的(165.6 HV)2.6倍。
The surface of 316L stainless steel was treated by rotating accelerated shot peening to form a gradient structure. The microstructure and hardness of the samples before and after RASP treatment were investigated by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester. The results showed that after RASP treatment for 40 min, the surface hardness reached 424.4 HV, which was 2.6 times of that of the untreated sample (165.6 HV).
