[目的]探讨质量追踪评价体系在急诊护士培训中的应用价值。[方法]根据质量追踪评价体系，制定急诊护士培训标准和内容，采用基础培训与质量追踪法对抢救现场进行追踪、反馈、培训、再追踪，3个月后比较培训前后护士急救理论、技能考核成绩及医患对护理工作满意度的差异。[结果]急诊护士培训后的急救理论及技能考核成绩、医患对护理工作的满意度高于培训前（ P＜0．05）。[结论]质量追踪评价体系改变护士传统的培训模式，更贴近临床护理工作，能快速提高护士的急救理论与技能，赢得患者及医生的信任与满意，从而保证医疗护理安全。“,”[Objective] To explore the value of quality assessment system (QAS) applied in emergency nurse train-ing .[Methods] According to QAS ,the emergency nurse training standards and content were formulated .Basic training and quality tracking method were used for tracking ,feedback ,training and re-tracking at rescue spot .Nursing rescue the-ory knowledge ,skill test results and patient satisfaction to nursing work after 3 months were compared .[Results]Nurs-ing rescue theory knowledge ,skill test results and patient satisfaction to nursing work after nurse training were higher than those before nurse training ( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion] QAS can change the traditional nurse training mode ,and is more near to clinical nursing work ,and rapidly improve rescue theory knowledge and skill ,and obtain the trust and satis-faction of patients and physician .In hence ,it ensures safe medical nursing .
