法的价值主要在于实现正义和调整利益关系,作为调整涉外民商事关系的国际私法,在功能上表现为调整涉外民商事法律冲突,在价值取向上则表现为通过对国际民商事法律冲突的调整,协调国际民商事交往中的各种利益关系,建立公正合理的国际民商新秩序。本文从国际私法角度分析了法律冲突中的利益协调依据、原则和途径。
The value of law mainly lies in the realization of justice and the adjustment of interest relations.
