作者用聚乙二醇(PEG)比浊法测定112例布氏杆菌病患者ClC。其中急性28例,亚急性46例,慢性38例。健康对照组29例。以OD280值大于健康人均值1倍或1倍以上为阳性。继之用3.5%PEG将IC沉淀,以硫化钠使其解离,生理盐水透析,然后再测定IC中的特异性抗原,以及所含的lg类别。结果发现大多数患者都存在ClC,但以急性布氏杆菌病患者阳性率最高(89.2%),各型患者IC含量均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.001),而急性布氏杆菌病患者OD280值又高于亚急性和慢性患者。在急性布氏杆
