采用人工授精法以奥利亚罗非鱼(Oreochromisaurea)为母本,鳜(Sinipercaahuasti)为父本,获得了能正常发育的后代。利用微量全血培养法对奥利亚罗非鱼、鳜及它们杂交后代的染色体数目和核型进行了分析,结果表明,奥利亚罗非鱼染色体数!"2n=44,核型公式为6sm+24st+14t,染色体臂数(NF)=50;鳜鱼为2n=48,核型公式为8sm+4st+36t,NF=56;杂交后代为2n=44,核型公式为6sm+26st+12t,NF=50。经对比分析,杂交后代与奥利亚罗非鱼的核型相似。
Artificial insemination methods used Oreochromisaurea as the female parent and Sinipercaahuasti as the male parent to obtain the normal developmental offspring. Chromosome numbers and karyotypes of O. tilapia, E. japonica and their hybrid progeny were analyzed by micro-whole blood culture. The results showed that the chromosome number of O. tilapia was 2n = 44 and the karyotype formula (6sm + 24st + 14t, chromosome arm number (NF) = 50); 2n = 48 for anchovy and 8sm + 4st + 36t for karyotype, NF = 56; 26st + 12t, NF = 50. After comparative analysis, the karyotype of hybrids was similar to that of Oreochromis niloticus.
