现代女性在就业方面,一直因为性别原因而受到种种限制。本文就女性的就业环境,和职业选择进行分析,讨论女性在职业选择上因为性别原因而导致的不平等,并对如何消除这种现象作出了探讨。
In the area of employment, modern women have always been constrained by gender. This article analyzes the employment environment of women and career choices, and discusses the inequalities that women cause because of their gender in career choices. It also discusses how to eliminate this phenomenon.
