文章对当前高职院校干部人事档案管理与利用工作中存在的一些问题进行分析,提出了一些粗浅的改革建议,以求更好地为学院的组织、人事管理服务。
This article analyzes some existing problems in the management and utilization of cadre personnel files in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some superficial suggestions on reform in order to better serve the organization and personnel management of the college.
